For decades, the trades have offered a rewarding and satisfying career choice to responsible/ motivated individuals who enjoy being challenged, and working with their hands, while not being tethered to a desk or cubical or working in fast food or retail sales (absolutely nothing wrong with working fast food or retail sales!!!). For some unexplained reason however, in recent years, the trades as an alternate career has not received the publicity and traction that it had in previous years.

Kelly Energy Inc. has completed a good number of Tucson’s landmarks projects over the years. Police stations, correctional facilities, office complexes, department stores, churches, movie theaters, as well as assisted living and memory care facilities are just some of the commercial type projects we complete annually.
BECOMING AN ELECTRICIAN (UPON COMPLETION OF A 4-YEAR APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM) CAN PROVIDE A REWARDING CAREER WITH EARNINGS IN THE $44,000 TO $60,000 RANGE ANNUALLY (WITH NO STUDENT LOAN DEBTS!)
As an added incentive, qualified individuals who become a Kelly Energy Inc. employee and enroll in the apprenticeship program, will be awarded $750.00 upon completion of your first year (and each year thereafter) until the successful completion of the 4-year apprenticeship program (turning out as a journeyman wireman).
To qualify, each new apprentice must maintain good grades while demonstrating working punctuality and dependability, including regular work attendance. A qualified journey person electrician (4 years of certified actual field experience) can go anywhere in the country and attain employment, providing your work history and reference demonstrate professionalism and dependability.
