To work with the same sub-contractor for that many years speaks for itself. Kelly Energy was contracted to do the electrical work for us on a very large campus in 2004 and have serviced our electrical needs ever since. They are a company that pulls through when we need something done and when we need it done ASAP. I am a Project Manager, for Sundt Construction, and have had Kelly Energy on numerous projects over the years where they have always exceeded my expectations and deliver an amazing product. Just now, I am coming off a three-year long project with Kelly Energy and they knocked it out of the park from beginning to the very end.
It all starts in preconstruction where Mike Kelly and Jacob Gross were instrumental in helping keep our project on budget by constantly bringing value engineering ideas to the project team. Next, the Kelly Energy field crew, lead by Kyle O’Conner and Jeremy Skomski, provided project strength, to an already aggressive schedule, by exceeding the schedule pace, with Kelly Energy crew size up to 50 at times, amongst some 300 project workers on site. Not only Sundt, but City Inspectors, TEP, and the design team could also rely the Kelly Energy team to deliver quality workmanship that you could count on.
